Scholarship for Academic Excellence and Financial Need
The Faculty of Information Technology is accepting applications for undergraduate scholarships for the academic year 2024 by defining 3 types of scholarships for undergraduate students of the faculty as follows:
Qualifications of Scholarship Recipients
- Cumulative GPA criteria, having one of the following qualifications
- Being a grade 12 high school student or equivalent who has been selected for undergraduate admission in the faculty, with a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.25
- Being an undergraduate student in the faculty's program with a cumulative GPA of not less than 3.00
- Financial need criteria, having one of the following qualifications
- In case the family income does not exceed 360,000 THB/year. If the family has more than 2 children, an additional family proportion of 50,000 THB per child will be added. For example, if the family has 3 children, the family income must not exceed 410,000 THB/year; or if the family has 4 children, the family income must not exceed 460,000 THB/year
- Experiencing financial difficulties and unable to pay tuition fees
- Currently enrolled students and not on academic leave
- Good conduct and no violations of student discipline
Scholarship Details
- Students who receive the scholarship will be exempted from the lump-sum tuition fees
- The scholarship duration is 1 academic year
Documents and Evidence Required for Scholarship Application
- Copy of House Registration including all siblings listed
- Copy of applicant's National ID card
- Copy of academic transcript from the previous semester
- One 1-inch photo
Conditions
- Students who receive the financial need scholarship must work for the faculty as required, for no less than 25 hours per semesterService form 67
