

First Prize Track Smart Living & PropTech from Innovation and Technology Competitions
Congratulations to the undergraduate student team from the School of Information Technology, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL), together with fellow students from Chulalongkorn University, for winning the first prize Track Smart Living & PropTech from the innovation and technology competition organized by Hylife Group on November 7-8, 2025, at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, Chiang Mai Province, with the project titled “PINUP” an artificial intelligence (AI) platform for zoning law analysis and comprehensive space design assistance
The development team consists of 5 members:
1. Ms. Boonyaporn Chaimongkonsap (1st-year student in Information Technology, School of Information Technology, KMITL)
2. Mr. Khanin Klawin Chomwiwat (2nd-year student in Artificial Intelligence Technology, School of Information Technology, KMITL)
3. Mr. Sakdathat Thanasodsai (2nd-year student in Artificial Intelligence Technology, School of Information Technology, KMITL)
4. Mr. Supakorn Insee (3rd-year student in Computer Engineering and Digital Technology (CEDT), Chulalongkorn University)
5. Mr. Chatrin Yunchalad (3rd-year student in Computer Engineering (CP), Chulalongkorn University)
The project “PINUP” was developed to solve the complexity of zoning laws by linking legal data with space design processes, reducing analysis and design time while improving decision accuracy for urban development and real estate projects
The platform features automatic reading and conversion of zoning laws using Zoning-AI technology, AI-assisted layout generation, 2D/3D design visualization, and presentation media creation for instant project demonstrations, reflecting the potential of Thai students in applying artificial intelligence technology to develop smart cities and sustainable real estate sectors
