Photo compilation of the training atmosphere “Data Analytics and Data Visualization” enhancing digital skills of government personnel towards Digital Government

Successfully completed the central training course project for developing digital skills for civil servants and government personnel to support the transition to Digital Government under the integrated plan for fiscal year 2026 in the course “Data Analytics and Data Visualization” by the School of Information Technology, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, in collaboration with the Institute for Digital Government Personnel Development (Thailand Digital Government Academy or TDGA) during December 2025 – February 2026.

For this training, participants received both theoretical knowledge and practical exercises covering Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), understanding and preparing data, basic data analysis, as well as data visualization to enable the use of data to support decision-making and operations in the public sector efficiently. During the training, there were exchanges of opinions and hands-on practice to enable participants to apply the knowledge appropriately in the context of their own agencies.
The training project was conducted in 5 batches over a total of 3 months, with participants from various government agencies. There were 2 instructors from the School of Information Technology, KMITL, including Assistant Professor Dr. Praphan Pawarangkoon, faculty member of the School of Information Technology (Project Leader), and Dr. Panita Thusaranont, faculty member of the School of Information Technology (Co-instructor). The project aims to enhance digital skills and elevate the competency of government personnel to be ready for work in the digital era and support the policy on governmental development towards Digital Government effectively.
