

Atmosphere of the International Academic Conference ICITEE 2025 and CDVE 2025
at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok
The atmosphere of the International Academic Conference ICITEE 2025 (The 17th International Conference on Information Technology and Electrical Engineering) and CDVE 2025 (The 22nd International Conference on Cooperative Design, Visualization and Engineering), held from October 19–22, 2025, has been successfully completed. The School of Information Technology, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) was the main host of the event at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok.
The ICITEE 2025 event is held annually, co-organized by the School of Information Technology, KMITL, and the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia. In 2025, the School of Information Technology, KMITL, had the honor to co-host with the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS) Thailand Chapter during October 20–21, 2025.
Meanwhile, for CDVE 2025, the School of Information Technology, KMITL, co-hosted with the University of Balearic Islands and Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, held October 19–22, 2025. Researchers, professors, and students from various countries participated to exchange knowledge in information technology, cooperative design, and visualization engineering.
The official opening ceremony of both conferences was held on October 20, 2025, at the Jubilee Ballroom, The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. The event was honored by Associate Professor Dr. Anuwat Changwanichlert (Vice President for Academic Affairs, KMITL) who presided over the opening remarks. In this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Worapot Kreesuradej (Dean of the School of Information Technology, KMITL) presented a souvenir as a token of thanks.
On this occasion, Associate Professor Dr. Kantphong Warattanapanya (ICITEE General Chair) and Professor Yuhua Luo (CDVE General Chair) gave welcome speeches to the participants and opened the stage for special lectures from keynote speakers of both events: Prof. Dr. Jaime Lloret, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Adhistya Erna Permanasari, Prof. Masanori Sugimoto, along with Prof. Dr. Emi Yuda (Invited Speaker) who intensely shared advanced technological knowledge and innovative ideas with the attendees.
The event atmosphere was warm and full of energy for academic exchange. On the evening of October 21, 2025, the organizing committee arranged a “Cultural Night” activity to let participants experience Thai arts and culture by the Chao Phraya River, accompanied by dinner, creating lasting impressions and wonderful memories for participants from many countries.
