2. Qualifications of Applicants
Regular Students
- Bachelor’s degree graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with a cumulative GPA of no less than 3.25 from institutions accredited by the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC)or
- Master’s degree graduates who have studied at least 15 credits in Computer Science or Information Technology courses at the master’s level from institutions accredited by the OCSC
Note:Applicants who graduated in other fields must obtain approval from the program’s committee to apply for admission
- Doctoral applicants must submit English proficiency test scores according to the table below; the scores must not be older than 2 years from the date of examination
- In case applicants graduated from countries using English as an official language, or completed a program taught in English, they are exempted from submitting such scores

After completing the application process (online), applicants must take the following steps
- Applicants must contact faculty members in the program to confirm their thesis advisor; research interests and advisor lists can be viewed at
- https://www.it.kmitl.ac.th/th/staff/ and https://www.it.kmitl.ac.th/en/research-en/Applicants who have secured a thesis advisor must upload additional documents as required along with the application in the system: transcript, letter of confirmation from the thesis advisor, research proposal form with the thesis advisor, and recommendation letter, or submit documents in person on the interview day

6. Admission Selection
Interview Exam
Eligible candidates must attend the interview at the School of Information Technology, KMITL. If the eligible candidate does not attend the interview as scheduled, it is considered a waiver of rights.
7. Documents for the interview exam
Copy of ID card with certified true copy
Proof of payment via bank
- Copy of academic transcript
- Certificate of passing English proficiency test from external institutions as listed
- Certification letter of thesis advisor status, certification documents, research proposal form, and thesis advisor form
- 8. Confirmation of Admission and Payment of Tuition Fees
- Successful candidates must confirm their admission via

and pay the confirmation fee at the bank counter. Failure to do so within the specified time will be considered as a waiver. Those who confirm and pay tuition fees will not be refunded under any circumstances (details for confirmation and payment can be found in the announcement of admitted candidates).9. ScholarshipsThe School of Information Technology allocates scholarships for exemption of lump-sum tuition fees. Scholarship recipients will be exempted from the lump-sum tuition fees as follows
